MODULAR HANDLING SYSTEMS EHHF AND HHHF

The modular handling systems EHHF and HHHF are used as heavy duty grippers in various areas of machine tool and plant engineering. These systems are suitable for use in applications requiring large gripping strokes under rough operating conditions and where high standards of operating safety are required.
The two base jaws are driven via a self-locking trapezoidal threaded spindle. A special sealing system protects the spindle from external influences. The trapezoidal threaded spindle is driven via a toothed belt parallel to the axis. Hydraulic motors (HHHF) or the electro-mechanical BERG clamping system EP&S (EHHF) serve as the drive. The modular design of the system allows the stroke lengths to be individually adapted to customer requirements.
In conjunction with the electronically programmable clamping and positioning system EP&S the handling gripper EHHF offers a wide range of options to adapt the system individually to the respective tasks.

EHHF: Servo control device for mounting in the switch cabinet, motor and gear assembled ready for operation, control device ready programmed and parameterized for the respective clamping task.
HHHF: Hydraulic motor assembled ready for operation.
Resolver and motor cable (control device motor), interchangeable false jaws for the various applications, mounting units for fitting to the handling systems.
